Through our laundry management ecosystem and platforms, you can either drop by to our physical store, or even better, fire-up DOBI VALET’s mobile application to arrange and select the type of service required through either scheduling a door-to-door pick-up and return delivery, or find the nearest drop-off and re-collection point.

We strive to fulfil most of your laundry needs. The three most frequently used services are our “Wash, Dry & Fold” services, “Dry Cleaning” services and “Ironing’ services.

At DOBI VALET, we strive to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Instead of traditionally weighing your load before quoting you a service price, we make it simple through you identifying a weight range. There is a standard price for each weight range thus allowing you to not be wary of the price you may need to pay for the service(s). In case you are in doubt, each customer’s wash is done in individual load(s), no mixing. Quality and hygiene is taken care of in DOBI VALET without compromise.

At DOBI VALET, we offer competitive pricing without compromising the high standard of service we provide. If you cannot find what you are looking for feel free to contact our customer service to put in your enquiry.

We offer secure payment options through DOBI VALET mobile application. You can use credit/debit cards, e-wallet payments, or our credit wallet. Cash is also accepted at our physical stores.

You can easily locate us through DOBI VALET’s mobile application or website. We strive to bring our services nearer and more convenient to you so stay updated by following us on our various platforms.

The turnaround time for laundry processing may vary based on the volume of orders and your location. Typically, it takes six (6) hours for “Wash, Dry & Fold” services while dry cleaning and ironing is completed within 2 to 3 days. Through our mobile application you can schedule your drop-off or pick-up and your collection or return delivery date and time for each service.

Yes, we do offer door-to-door service (limited to not more then 25km distance from your nearest DOBI VALET store or facility). We do not impose any minimum order to perform such services.

Scheduling a door-to-door service of pick-up and/or return delivery is easy. Just log into your account on DOBI VALET’s mobile application, 1) select the pick-up and return delivery option, 2) select the services you require, 3) schedule the date and time that works for you.

Yes, absolutely! You just need to log into your account on DOBI VALET’s mobile application, then manage your order(s) that need to be re-schedule. Please note that you should manage your rescheduling before the cut-off time(s) of your initial selection, if that cannot be complied with you will have to contact our customer service for the process and additional fees may be applicable.
